Hey! Just wanted to let you know I have completed the 12 weeks! I am down almost 20lbs (which was my goal)! I have loved everything about this program and am so thankful for it. I see food in a whole new light now and am obsessed with going to the gym.
I am so happy and want you to know that I greatly appreciate what you’re doing! This has been the best approach for me to adjust my eating habits and have a healthier life. It is so simple. I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing anything or torturing myself and I am eternally grateful!
6 weeks have sure been going by fast!! I’m happy to report that my program has been going very well! I’ve lost a total of 11.6 pounds so far! My clothes fit awesome and I have my confidence back! Really looking forward to seeing what kind of results I’m going to have after another 6 weeks.

I have loved the structure and content of both the nutritional and exercise plan. I especially love the reassurance that all my meals are nutritionally balanced and I’m strengthening my entire body.

My wife Jess and I ARE KILLING THIS. We both have already cut close to 14 lbs combined in the last 3 weeks. I’ve enjoyed getting creative with the meal prep each week and look at your nutritional guidelines as a challenge to make meals that aren’t just fuel, but desired food!

It’s been almost 5 months since I completed the 12 week program, and I just wanted to say thank you again. I’m still doing really well and feel great. I had a checkup with my doctor, and my cholesterol is better than it has been in years. I’m no longer in the high risk range for heart disease and was able to avoid medication. That alone deserves a huge thank you!! At the risk of sounding totally cheesy, your program helped change my life!! I’m incredibly grateful and thankful!!

I love the meal plan. It’s working great for me. I definitely noticed a change in my body and people are commenting on it as well. My clothes feel looser for sure and I have lost 12 lbs! All in all I’m extremely happy with the program. I don’t plan on stopping at the 12 week mark!
I have now finished my 12 week program and for me, this has been a real success story. My goal was to lose 10 lbs. I lost 10.2. The better story is that I lost 2 inches around my waist, belly and hips. It doesn’t sound like much but it does make a big difference. I know that I did the work, but you showed me the path. Just checking in! I’ve lost 16.4 pounds so far but still have the last 6.4 pounds to go. I’m going to stay the course until I reach my goal! I’m hoping to accomplish this in the next 3-4 weeks!
I find the meal plan & cardio routine easy to follow. I feel leaner, healthier, and happier. I really like the meal plan. It is direct, clear, and simple. I don’t have to convert anything to points and I like the selections on the plan.
The eating plan is easy to stick to and I’m not hungry so I’m not snacking.
I’ve always been very skinny and have tried everything to gain muscle. Your program actually worked for me and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks to this program I’ve finally learned the importance of healthy eating!
